Withdraw from contract

You subscribed to NextWatch Pro from Kovo Player less than 14 days ago, trial included? You can withdraw here, without giving any reason. We end the subscription and, if a payment was already charged, refund it in full.

Still in the 7-day trial? Nothing has been charged: you can also simply cancel on link.com or in Kovo Player (Réglages > Services tiers > Gérer l’abonnement).

The payment is sold by Link (Stripe), the merchant of record of the transaction. For a refund, you can also contact Link support and mention “cooling off period”: Link support.

Subscription purchased in the App Store or in Google Play: ask Apple or Google for the withdrawal and the refund.
